Back where it all began!

Today we flew from Palm Springs back to Gillespie field in San Diego. It was a trip that brought back memories for both of us, as it incorporated a part of our solo x-country flight, so we didnt reall yhave to plan it that well as we flew on memory!

The airport is still as busy as ever, in fact its the 47th busiest in the states, and thats out of over 700 or so! As for Anglo American, well my old steed - N6ZP -is still in one piece (although i`m sure a few of the Indian studes have tried their best to prang it!), but most of the instructors have left since our time although there were a few familiar faces around!

A burger in the cafe for old time sakes before we headed back to John and Janice`s and into the spa. We are planning on spending a few days here chilling before making the long flight north back to Livermore - all weather dependent of course!
